Dan's experience with rep firms was that only a small percentage of them truly earned their commissions, while most, despite what their promotional materials stated, preferred to operate as order-takers... hardly hustling to generate increased sales or to open new accounts. It was from this experience that Dan envisioned the "ideal" rep firm.

Dan Rodeno founded Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates in 1994. Dan had served for many years in executive sales management for several manufacturing organizations in both the metals and safety industry. His background in working in public and private companies gives him a well rounded perspective on the business environment. He continually has been a high growth sales achiever in all products he has ever represented or sold. With over 25 years of sales experience Dan has a great understanding of “what works”. He has a passion for his business as a whole and wants the best for his customers, principals and associates. He has the same passion for his family of three children and wife Karen. Dan resides in Avon, a western suburb of Cleveland, OH. His hobbies are golf and culinary arts.

Pete Rodeno

Pittsburgh, PA Sales Office

The newest member of the Rodeno team, Peter, is the son of Dan Rodeno - founder of the agency. Pete is no stranger to the business as he was exposed to the importance of personal safety equipment at a young age by attending trade shows and travelling from time to time with his dad. Pete is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he attended on a football scholarship. Upon his graduation from college in 2009, Pete was on staff as a football coach at Canton McKinley High School (Ohio) which touts one of the most famous high school programs in the U.S.  There he worked for his former high school football coach, Ron Johnson, who taught Pete strong organizational skills and a relentless work ethic. In January 2011, Pete joined the Rodeno & Associates team with eagerness and a positive attitude. “It was all about doing it to perfection" says Pete.  Newlyweds, Pete and Molly Rodeno were married in May 2011 and reside in Pittsburgh, PA.

Mike Maloney

Livonia, MI Sales Office

Mike Maloney joined the Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates sales team in late 2008. Prior to that Mike spent 5 years launching and improving Crib Management accounts focusing on inventory control for MRO Operations with Nexiant and SourcePRO.  He has spent time in a wide array of manufacturing facilities including automotive, agricultural and hand tools. Mike was responsible for all aspects of daily operations, vendor relations, process improvements and metric development. Prior to that he worked at EDS supporting the General Motors account in various roles and responsibilities. He spends his spare time with his wife Sharon and two boys Brendan and Kyle. He comes on board with a great amount of enthusiasm and ambition.

Scott Provard

Cincinnati, OH Sales Office

Scott Provard joined Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates in 2001. Prior to Scott joining the agency he sold into the home contractor market. Scott has a high energy level and great organizational and follow-up skills. These qualities have been a key factor in his territories’ extremely high growth since 2001. Scott is quite the handyman, having previously been a home builder, which gives him a good perspective on “how things work”. Scott resides in Batavia, a suburb of Cincinnati, OH with his wife and two children. His hobbies are fishing, home remodeling, and outdoor grilling.

Stacey Green

Main Sales Office, Cleveland, OH

Stacey Green became a part of the Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates team in 2006. Her prior experience in the marketing and advertising fields has dovetailed well into her role as marketing support for the sales staff. Stacey's knack for organizing has been an asset to the organization and the team. Stacey resides in Avon Lake, OH with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys baking, volunteer work and time with her family.
